The Mozart Effect and Social Media Marketing
As you may recall, in my first newsletter I revealed to all that I am an opera singer.
On the surface, one might think there is no correlation between singing opera and executive recruiting. Actually, I think one needs to be a bit obsessive to excel at either.
Of course there is the much debated “Mozart Effect,” the 1993 study theorizing that listening to Mozart improves spatial intelligence defined as the ability to manipulate and create mental images in order to solve problems. I often revamp organizational charts in my mind and before a performance I mentally visualize my every move on stage. And let’s not forget that music has gone digital as has business.
